Requirements

- 3+ years experience in a Backend role
- Experience with modern web application development and relational databases
- Strong ability to write clean well-tested modular code

Day to day
- Build and maintain production services at scale
- Develop new features for internal and external customers
- Debug production issues across services and multiple layers of the stack
- Create seamless integrations with external services and partners
- Improve engineering standards tooling and processes
- Release a rapidly growing API while preserving backward compatibility
- Build services with efficient auto-scaling for peak and non-peak loads
- Participate in an on-call rotation
