- Expertise with Frontend frameworks, ideally React
- Experience with design systems preferred
- Proficiency in library management and build release processes

Day to day
- Expand our Engineering team
- Define technical solutions to business problems and contribute to architectural vision
- Release frequently and gather feedback for iterations
- Build competency with market-leading technology and an L&D budget
- Monitor design system usage, catch errors, diagnose root causes and deploy fixes
