Day to day
- Mentor a team of QA engineers providing guidance and support as needed.
- Help to define and implement the QA strategy including both manual and automated testing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Design develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Conduct manual testing as needed and ensure high-quality releases.
- Identify and prioritize testing requirements and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain test documentation including test plans test cases and test reports.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest QA tools technologies and best practices.
