What the job involves

• Mentor a team of QA engineers providing guidance and support as needed.
• Help to define and implement the QA strategy including both manual and automated testing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Design develop and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
• Conduct manual testing as needed and ensure high-quality releases.
• Identify and prioritize testing requirements and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain test documentation including test plans test cases and test reports.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest QA tools technologies and best practices.
