Who you are

• Good understanding of excellence in medical copywriting and ability to mentor others
• Experience creating communication strategies, tactics, and content
• Confident in presenting work to clients and fielding MLR questions
• Supports new business pitches and identifies growth opportunities
• Develops compelling promotional copy meeting client briefs and scientifically accurate
• Understands relevant therapy areas, media formats, and marketing techniques
• Established medical copy expert
• Implements agency/client review systems
• Ensures content compliance with ABPI code of practice or relevant regulatory requirements with proper research
• Proficient in Veeva, FUSE, and Proof
• Reviews and provides feedback on medical copy by less experienced writers as needed
• Analyzes complex scientific and clinical information for clear summaries targeting relevant audiences
• Produces high-quality medical copy for various channels
• Participates in briefing sessions and client meetings
• Confident in presenting work to clients, troubleshooting as necessary

• Writes and helps to develop high-quality promotional healthcare content for assigned accounts, ensuring it adheres to relevant regulatory requirements
• Takes ownership of brands while maintaining scientific integrity and attention to detail across all outputs
• Oversees the work of junior writers, ensuring continuity of style and messaging
