Requirements
- 3-6 years of professional experience in digital design roles with real shipped UX/UI work
- Hands-on experience designing end-to-end digital experiences including user flows interface design and interactive elements
- Strong practical UX/UI capability including wireframing prototyping and intuitive user flows for mid-complexity projects
- Figma fluent
- Experience applying motion design in a digital or UX context
- Solid understanding of modern digital production including file types compression optimisation and delivery constraints
- Ability to use AI tools to expedite production and delivery
- Working knowledge of accessible and inclusive design principles
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and contributing collaboratively
- High attention to detail and pride in craft

Day to day
- Design intuitive user-centred digital experiences from concept through polished UI, turning briefs user needs and business goals into clear flows wireframes prototypes and interface designs
- Create purposeful motion micro-interactions and transitions that improve clarity pacing and emotional engagement across digital and presentation platforms
- Produce and optimise production-ready assets with strong attention to file types compression accessibility and platform constraints while using AI tools to speed delivery
- Collaborate closely with designers developers marketers and stakeholders to raise the quality ambition and consistency of the team's output
