Requirements

  • 5+ years Laravel PHP experience in a professional engineering environment
  • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS or PaaS architecture and tenant isolation
  • Strong computer science and mathematics fundamentals for formulas interpolation and recursive logic
  • OAuth 2.1 knowledge including client credentials authorisation code flows token management and scopes
  • Hands-on AWS experience with EC2 RDS Elasticache S3 and Application Load Balancers
  • Elasticsearch experience including indexing strategies query DSL and app integration
  • Docker experience for local development and multi-container orchestration
  • CI/CD pipeline experience across multiple repositories
  • Event-driven architecture experience with observers and Redis pub/sub
  • Strong security foundation including validation authorisation boundaries secret management and OWASP awareness
  • Webhook integration experience including signatures HMAC replay prevention and reliable delivery

Day to day

  • Build and maintain a multi-tenant Laravel microservices platform with strict tenant isolation and scalable shared package architecture
  • Own a scientific calculation engine that models building thermodynamics sizes heating systems and checks regulatory compliance
  • Design integrations authentication flows async pipelines webhooks and event-driven backend systems that support installers and external data sources
