Requirements
- Minimum two personally shipped apps to both App Store and Google Play using Capacitor or Ionic with store links provided
- Hands-on experience with APNs and FCM push notifications
- Experience with Apple's provisioning and code signing processes
- Advanced proficiency in React and TypeScript in a production codebase
- Experience integrating camera and geolocation plugins with permission flows
Nice to have
- CI/CD experience
- Deep linking knowledge
- Marketplace app experience
Day to day
- Integrate Capacitor into an existing React Vite TypeScript application
- Implement native features such as push notifications camera capture and geolocation with reliable platform-specific permission handling
- Manage iOS and Android build pipelines signing certificates provisioning and app store submissions
- Produce clear documentation for builds releases and future maintenance so the internal team can operate independently
Hiring process
- Submit application with store links for at least two shipped apps
- Demonstrate prior Capacitor or Ionic store launches
- Provide evidence of APNs and FCM setup plus code signing experience
- Successful contractor will work remotely with product lead and backend engineer
