Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional technical experience in IT environment
- Modern Desktop Administrator Associate or similar certification
- Digital Workspace (VCP-DW) or similar certification
- Familiarity with scripting, automation (PowerShell, Python)
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune, including configuration, policy management, troubleshooting
- Familiarity with VMware Workspace ONE, including setup, configuration, policy management
- Strong understanding of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows)
- Knowledge of security standards, compliance regulations for mobile device management
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, in a team
- Detail-oriented, high standards

Day to day
- Responsible for ARS mobile devices analysis, design, planning, implementation, maintenance
- Architect, implement, document, maintain Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE solutions
- Develop, enforce mobile device usage, security, compliance policies
- Oversee enrollment, configuration of devices across iOS, Android, Windows
- Ensure secure onboarding for new devices, users
- Monitor compliance with organizational policies, industry regulations (e.g., PCI)
