Who you are

• Minimum of 7 years' experience with MDM/UEM environments preferably in healthcare.
• Strong experience with Mobile Device Management platforms such as MaaS360 AirWatch/Workspace One MobileIron Meraki Jamf Intune/MSEM.
• Excellent teamwork time-management and organizational skills required.
• Intermediate knowledge and skills in Microsoft SQL and PowerShell.
• Able to work on-call and handle after-hours/weekend support independently.

What the job involves

• Own and operate company deployed MDM solutions both on-premises and in the cloud.
• Implement test and evaluate Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM/MDM) and Mobile Application Management (MAM) solutions.
• Adopt implement and document repeatable change processes and best practices.
• Manage users and ensure user data is accurate in the MDM software.
• Provide support for loading and deploying mobile applications into the AirWatch application catalog.
