Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional mobile app development experience with measurable impact on scalable engineering patterns
  • Deep React Native expertise including React Navigation state management native module integration and performance tuning
  • Strong TypeScript and modern JavaScript skills with solid knowledge of React hooks component composition and functional programming
  • Experience shipping cross-platform apps to both iOS App Store and Google Play Store
  • GraphQL client integration experience with Apollo Client or similar including cache management optimistic updates and error handling
  • Strong database fundamentals with PostgreSQL or SQL Server schema design migrations indexing and query optimization
  • Experience with mobile performance optimization including bundle size startup time memory list virtualization and image optimization
  • Production mobile app experience with crash reporting analytics remote config and production debugging
  • Testing experience with Jest integration tests and E2E tests such as Detox or Appium
  • Understanding of mobile CI/CD including automated builds code signing TestFlight Play Store distribution and release management
  • Technical leadership through documentation code reviews component libraries and engineering standards
  • Excellent communication and pragmatic decision making skills

Day to day

  • Build a React Native mobile trading platform from the ground up and help launch the MVP
  • Establish scalable mobile architecture patterns reusable components custom hooks and testing strategies
  • Deliver end-to-end mobile features from design through App Store and Play Store release with strong performance and quality
  • Partner with product design and engineering teams to translate trader needs into polished mobile experiences
  • Embed within feature teams after launch to accelerate ongoing mobile development and champion mobile-first thinking
