Requirements
- 3+ years shipping mobile apps to production
- Strong experience with React Native or Flutter interest in both is a plus
- Comfort integrating analytics and reasoning about event design
- Practical experience with local storage sync or background tasks where relevant
- EU-friendly hours for standups and releases

Day to day
- Implement features across iOS and Android from shared codebases using React Native and/or Flutter
- Instrument key funnels and events and work with product to interpret data clearly
- Apply offline-first patterns with local persistence conflict handling and sync states so the app stays usable when connectivity drops
- Collaborate on app store releases crash triage and performance budgets
