Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with meaningful mobile application delivery
- 2+ years of engineering management experience
- Experience with iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI
- Strong understanding of Kotlin Multiplatform
- Experience building consumer-facing applications with a focus on performance reliability and user experience
- Familiarity with scalable architectures shared codebases multi-tenant systems and API-driven applications
- Strong communication skills with ability to balance technical depth and business impact
- Comfort in fast-moving startup or high-growth environments
- Enthusiasm for AI-assisted software development and emerging tools

Day to day
- Lead and mentor a mobile engineering team building consumer-facing iOS and Android apps at scale

- Partner with Product Design backend and platform teams to create polished fan experiences and strengthen mobile architecture
