- Familiarity with scalable architectures shared codebases multi-tenant systems and API-driven applications
- Strong communication skills with ability to balance technical depth and business impact
- Comfort in fast-moving startup or high-growth environments
- Enthusiasm for AI-assisted software development and emerging tools

Day to day
