Who you are

• At least 4 years of experience in game design, monetisation, or a related field in the mobile gaming industry
• Released at least 2 titles on the app stores
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies
• Deep knowledge of various monetization models
• Proven ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment managing multiple stakeholders
• Experience with analytics and A/B testing tools like Google Analytics, Firebase, or GameAnalytics
• Ability to solve complex artistic and technical challenges

Desirables

• Experience with creating mockups in Photoshop
• Knowledge of UI/UX design tools such as Figma XD or Sketch
• Experience working with Unity game engine
