Day to day

  • This role involves taking full responsibility for delivering solutions using Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace technologies and the Power Platform.
  • You’ll be working closely with both technical and business teams, ensuring that we deliver value to our clients.
  • You will be coaching team members, assisting in pre-sales solution design, and ensuring the modern workplace team is well-equipped and capable of meeting customer needs.
  • You’ll act as the go-to technical escalation point and will be involved in the critical decision-making process for our M365 and tactical Power Platform projects.
