Who you are

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in motion design, animation, and graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Knowledge of 3D animation software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus
• Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and produce animations that reflect the desired message and tone
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Experience working in a remote, freelance, or contractual environment is preferred

What the job involves

• Create and design high-quality motion graphics for a variety of media, including digital marketing, social media, presentations, and video content
• Collaborate with creative teams, including graphic designers, videographers, and marketing specialists, to conceptualize and produce innovative motion designs
• Develop storyboards and visual concepts for projects, ensuring alignment with the overall creative direction and brand guidelines
• Animate graphics, typography, and illustrations to create engaging, high-impact visual content
• Adapt designs for different platforms (social media, websites, mobile apps) ensuring consistency in visual quality
• Edit and refine animations based on feedback from stakeholders to deliver the best possible product
• Manage project timelines to meet deadlines, while balancing multiple projects concurrently
