Requirements
- 3+ years hands-on experience with Murex Back-Office functionalities
- Senior-level knowledge of pre-trade MSL and post-trade Murex workflows such as Contract Events Deliverables and Exchange
- Hands-on experience with MxML Datamart batch processing end-of-day flows interfaces and trade lifecycle
- Knowledge of SQL in Oracle and/or Sybase and Unix commands
- Strong analytical logical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented quick learner and self-starter
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organization and relationship-building skills
- Good product knowledge in IRD CRD and EQD
- Good understanding of P&L concepts and components
- Experience supporting end-users and resolving daily issues

Day to day
- Provide Level 3 support for back-office end-user issues across functional and technical areas
- Liaise with internal teams to investigate problems and deliver effective enhancements
- Analyze requirements, contribute solutions, and perform testing through SIT/UAT and release cycles
