What the job involves

• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in customizing configuring maintaining and troubleshooting issues with Absorb LMS to meet organizational training needs including content management user roles and reporting
• Design develop and maintain Learning Management Portals to facilitate a seamless learning experience for users
• Experience with AWS Serverless with .Net & React/NextJS for developing portal enhancements and integrating Learning Management Portals with other enterprise applications & IT systems
• Possess strong organizational skills and be a strong collaborator to work closely with cross functional teams to understand learning requirements align technical solution with business objectives build a shared understanding of project goals and timelines and drive release and deployment activities
