Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution
- Three years of progressive experience in lieu of each year of education may be considered
- Expertise in C# ASP.NET and .NET Framework/.NET Core
- At least 2 years of relevant Information Technology experience
- Must be a U.S. person as defined by 22 C.F.R.120.15
- Experience with .NET Core Entity Framework and Web API
- Familiarity with JavaScript jQuery HTML5 and CSS3
- Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms
- Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools
- Experience with SQL Server and complex queries/stored procedures
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of secure coding practices and OWASP guidelines

Day to day
- Develop and maintain web applications using C# ASP.NET and .NET Core technologies in both front-end and back-end layers
- Resolve production issues troubleshoot defects and implement enhancements in a regulated support environment
- Ensure performance reliability and security compliance while collaborating with a cross-functional team focused on operational excellence
