Requirements
- Strong documentation and communication skills both written and verbal
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science
- At least 3-4 years of experience with technical expertise such as SDLC OS web applications Windows applications patching remote support etc
- Should have an IT technical background
- Medical device experience is preferred and a big plus
Nice to have
- SDLC expertise
- OS experience
- .NET applications
- Windows applications knowledge
Day to day
- Create technical content and support customers So need to have an understanding of technical aspects to answer the questionnaire On an average there will be 300-400 questions a month
- Build products on NET applications
- Participate in training on client products
