What the job involves
Provide technical support to internal teams, troubleshooting issues related to .NET Core backend systems and integrations along with the data stored in SQL Server
Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues and bugs in Azure-hosted applications in a timely manner
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and users, to deliver high-quality solutions and support ongoing development efforts
Support and maintain backend solutions leveraging Azure cloud services, including Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Storage
