Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Deep Databricks and Spark expertise at the architecture level including performance tuning cluster management and Delta Lake design patterns
- Experience building reusable data frameworks tooling or platforms
- Demonstrated ability to hire develop and retain strong engineers
- Hands-on experience building ML or LLM pipelines including agent or tool based architectures model serving prompt engineering in production and evaluation frameworks
- Background as a founding or early engineer on a new product or platform
- Direct experience working with clients or end users to validate and refine a product post launch

Day to day
- Own new product ideas from ambiguous problem statements through to deployed products in healthcare domains
- Independently discover client data signal quality completeness and production viability
- Design and build bespoke data pipelines and agentic AI workflows then harden successful solutions for reuse in the core platform
- Collaborate with clinical operational product and client stakeholders to validate real workflow needs and iterate after launch
