Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Deep Databricks/Spark expertise at architecture level
- Experience with performance tuning cluster management and Delta Lake design patterns
- Experience building reusable data frameworks tooling or platforms
- Demonstrated ability to hire develop and retain strong engineers
- Hands-on experience building ML/LLM pipelines
- Experience with agent/tool-based architectures model serving prompt engineering in production and evaluation frameworks
- Background as a founding or early engineer on a new product or platform
- Direct experience working with clients or end users to validate and refine a product post-launch

Day to day
- Own 0-to-1 product development from an open health system problem to a deployed working product
- Perform independent data discovery to assess signal quality completeness and production readiness
- Design build and iterate bespoke data pipelines and agentic AI workflows then harden proven solutions into reusable platform components
- Collaborate with clinical operational product and client stakeholders through validation deployment and post-launch refinement
