Host Zoom calls for clients, welcoming them and answering their questions related to the Parrot experienceTroubleshoot technical issues on Zoom for attendees, such as muted audio and screen sharingSwear in witnesses, go on and off record, and perform other procedural requirements in legal proceedingsAct as guardian of the transcript, ensuring audio is of highest quality and every word is capturable by the Parrot transcription softwareFollow provided scripts verbatim and navigate through the proceeding formMaintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times


Requirements

You must have an active Colorado Notary Public licenseStrong internet connection and a quiet, professional workspaceVideo-enabled computer with reliable access to necessary softwareExcellent communication and organizational skillsAt least part-time availability between 9:00AM and 5:00PM in your local time zone, Monday through FridayFamiliarity working with ZoomNice to have: experience in the legal industry
