Who you are
- Current unencumbered license to practice as an RN
- One year coding and OASIS experience
- Must obtain Coding (HCS-D/BCHH-C ICD-10) and OASIS (COS-C/HCS-O) certifications within four months of hire.

What the job involves
- Receives and reviews patient OASIS assessments for assigned care centers
- Reviews OASIS patient status items compared to other related documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy
- Assists in evaluating patient needs and suggests referrals to other disciplines as indicated
- Communicates any delays in processing assessments to supervisor and care center.
