- Experience assessing complex customized environments beyond standard scanners

- Experience building production quality software
- Experience building or extending agent systems with models tools memory orchestration and feedback loops
- Strong intuition for model capability limits reliability and safety
- Excitement for working closely with frontier models and using them to improve workflows
- Ability to serve as technical owner and make foundational architectural decisions

Day to day
- Lead the technical direction for offensive security agents that continuously test OpenAI systems and applications
- Design specialized agent workflows that discover validate and help remediate vulnerabilities across cloud Kubernetes web endpoints and external attack surface
- Build production-grade systems with strong guardrails observability recovery and human-in-the-loop controls for safe operation at scale
