- Strong IAM experience in enterprise environments
- Hands-on Okta Identity Engine Workflows and adaptive access controls
- Experience with identity proofing platforms such as Persona
- Knowledge of entitlement management role engineering and least privilege
- Ability to translate AI outputs into IAM automation
- Familiarity with SailPoint and access certification concepts
- Experience with Azure and AWS IAM architecture
- Knowledge of SAML SCIM OIDC OAuth and federation
- Experience with ADFS Ping Identity and Entra ID
- Scripting and automation skills such as PowerShell JavaScript or Python
- Strong troubleshooting analytical and communication skills
- Ability to lead technical delivery and mentor others
- Understanding of AI and ML driven identity controls

Day to day
