  • 3–5 years in support or operations roles ideally in SaaS
  • Strong communication skills

  • Experience with support and project management tooling such as Intercom Notion or Asana

Day to day

  • Act as the primary operational contact and product expert for Event Organizers, delivering responsive and accurate support
  • Troubleshoot platform and workflow issues, resolve cases independently where possible, and escalate bugs clearly when needed
  • Support event builds, registration settings, pricing, ticketing, live event preparation, and onboarding activities with practical guidance
  • Collaborate closely with Account Management, Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to improve organizer experience and operational processes
