Requirements
- 3–5 years in support or operations roles ideally in SaaS
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with support and project management tooling such as Intercom Notion or Asana
- Curious about AI and automation
- Ability to prioritize and context-switch across high volumes of work
- Strong pattern recognition and problem-solving skills

Day to day
- Act as the primary operational contact and product expert for Event Organizers, delivering responsive and accurate support
- Troubleshoot platform and workflow issues, resolve cases independently where possible, and escalate bugs clearly when needed
- Support event builds, registration settings, pricing, ticketing, live event preparation, and onboarding activities with practical guidance
- Collaborate closely with Account Management, Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to improve organizer experience and operational processes
