Who you are
At least 2 years customer-facing experience in SaaS environment with emphasis on training or implementation
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce), project management tools (Trello), and communication tools (Slack)
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with every level of customer
Strong team player and self-starter who can work autonomously
Ability to collaborate and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, evolving environment
Desirables
Bachelor's degree or significant relevant work experience
Previous experience in MarTech Industry
What the job involves
Support customers to fully adopt MarTech software platform by establishing rapport with key stakeholders and executing process-driven onboarding experience
Document customers' desired outcomes, complete product training, obtain documentation for configuration, import data, and roll out product to users
Manage a portfolio of onboarding projects across diverse customer industries and geographies while coordinating with Acoustic teams and integration partners to lead customers through onboarding journey
