Remote Onsite Implementation Specialist Job in New Orleans, LA DeepScribe

Who you are

• Minimum of 6 months -1 year of experience in a training or implementation role preferably in the healthcare industry
• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHRs) and other healthcare-related software
• Familiarity with iPhones iPads and mobile apps
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Willing and able to travel extensively (1-3+ weeks at a time)

Desirables

• Bachelor’s degree in science or similar or related fields
• Certifications in EHR systems or healthcare IT
• Familiarity with AI-driven healthcare solutions

What the job involves

• Travel to various healthcare facilities to provide on-site training and implementation support for DeepScribe’s solution. Ensure healthcare providers are fully equipped to use the software effectively.
• Assist in the customization of DeepScribe’s note preferences to meet the specific needs of each healthcare provider. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the implementation process.
• Work closely with healthcare providers to ensure seamless integration of DeepScribe with existing EHR systems. Provide guidance on best practices for using DeepScribe in conjunction with EHRs.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with healthcare providers and the DeepScribe team, ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Serve as the primary point of contact for any questions or concerns during the on-site training.
• Gather feedback from healthcare providers to identify areas for improvement in the training process and software. Collaborate with the CSM team to deliver feedback.
