Requirements
- Substantial hands-on factory leadership experience in roles such as Plant Manager Production Manager Lean Leader or Manufacturing Consultant
- Deep manufacturing industry background with preference for Food & Beverage CPG or Automotive experience
- Proven career progression and adaptability across different manufacturing environments
- Willingness to travel approximately 90% of the time across EMEA
- Full professional fluency in English
- Exceptional communication and executive presence
- Ability to coach challenge and influence both frontline teams and senior leaders

Day to day
- Drive frontline transformation across multiple manufacturing customer accounts in the EMEA region
- Spend most of your time on the factory floor coaching operators supervisors and plant leaders
- Lead intensive onsite deployments and continuous improvement events that deliver measurable productivity and compliance gains
