Requirements
- Associate’s degree in business preferred or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Experience with customer contracts preferred
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Products
- Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
- Able to work independently in a fast paced deadline driven environment
- Strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Salesforce Salesforce Service and SAP is a plus

Day to day
- Support and maintain customer account relationships for Synapse Select PACS software.
- Maintain internal operational procedures and reference documentation across sales, finance, and product teams.
- Coordinate customer data updates billing issue resolution cancellations and meeting logistics with strong attention to detail.
