Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance business administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience in operations or administration preferably in financial services
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Experience with investment management software is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of investment products and regulatory requirements is an advantage

Day to day
- Support daily operations across client services and internal workflows with care and precision
- Process client transactions including account openings transfers and withdrawals while following regulatory standards
- Reconcile client accounts and investment activity maintain accurate records and improve operational efficiency through audits and process updates
