Requirements
- Previous multi-site compliance or H&S management experience in automotive retail or similar fast-fit sector
- Proven experience in health and safety compliance audit or risk management preferably in a multi-site environment
- Excellent auditing investigation and report-writing skills
- Strong coaching influencing and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data identify trends and drive improvement
- Strong knowledge of UK health and safety legislation risk assessment and audit methodologies
- NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent or working towards
- Full UK Driving Licence held for at least 6 months

Day to day
- Strengthen operational governance across multiple autocentres by improving consistency audit readiness and compliance.
- Work closely with Centre Managers and Area Managers to ensure sites operate safely efficiently and in line with evolving procedures.
- Lead health and safety stock control banking invoice and MOT compliance activities while supporting training and continuous improvement.
