Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Required
- Two or more years of mortgage processing or related mortgage operations experience preferred
- Two or more years of customer service experience preferred
- Basic understanding of TRID QM and mortgage disclosure requirements
- Working knowledge of residential mortgage documents and the mortgage lending process
- Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and mortgage-related software
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional customer service

Day to day
- Coordinate and track mortgage disclosures to support TRID compliance and timely processing.
- Prepare, review, and verify loan documents while maintaining accurate files and system records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues, manage workflow, and support borrower service.
