Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Bachelor’s preferred
- 5+ years experience in project management operations or program management environments
- Familiarity with construction project management methodologies
- Experience in training learning & development or talent development programs
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to coach mentor or guide others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-driven and collaborative
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience tracking analyzing and presenting data
- Ability to balance multiple participants and priorities
- Willingness to travel about 6 times per year

Day to day
- Own the PM Career Development Program and support project team members in PE and APM roles as they grow into confident project managers
- Build trusted one-on-one relationships with participants to reinforce training identify strengths and address development gaps
- Collect analyze and report development data while partnering with leaders to improve tools goals and program effectiveness
