- 3+ years of experience in operations analytics business intelligence or data analysis

- Clear communication skills able to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences

- Investigate operational performance to uncover why metrics change and identify root causes across filing operations user operations and risk workflows
- Partner with operations teams to analyze workflows understand user behavior and turn findings into actionable recommendations
- Build reporting infrastructure dashboards and self-serve tools that improve measurement rigor enable observability and help teams make data-driven decisions
