Requirements
- 10+ years in manufacturing supply chain management continuous improvement or similar fields
- Advanced degree in engineering science or related field or undergraduate degree plus MBA
- Project management experience and proficiency in Excel Word and PowerPoint
- Strong background in lean manufacturing supply chain management and cost optimization
- Experience with post-merger integration and plant expansions
- Knowledge of business intelligence infrastructure and data analysis tools such as Microsoft BI Minitab R or Tableau
- Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively
- Willingness to travel 90-100% of the time
