  • Experience with post-merger integration and plant expansions
  • Knowledge of business intelligence infrastructure and data analysis tools such as Microsoft BI Minitab R or Tableau
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams effectively
  • Willingness to travel 90-100% of the time
