Requirements

- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting finance healthcare or human services preferred
- Proficiency with project management software Excel PowerPoint and Smartsheet

- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams including Operations IT HR and Quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Day to day
- Supports the execution of key operational and financial improvement programs by performing detailed analyses and building projection models.
- Partners closely with field teams and corporate functions to identify business needs, align stakeholders, and move projects toward measurable outcomes.
- Leads or supports project workstreams, documents plans and status, escalates risks, and communicates findings clearly to leadership and cross-functional teams.
