Day to day
- Set up new orders for highly time-sensitive commodities and track them from start to finish.
- Provide proactive customer updates when deviations occur and maintain clear communication with customers commanders and agent service providers.
- Resolve escalated operational issues independently using resources while balancing speed cost service quality and customer impact.
- Maintain Dangerous Goods certification follow current DG procedures and support team members with DG flagged orders.
