Day to day
- Set up new high-priority orders for successful execution and monitor them end to end
- Provide proactive customer updates when disruptions or deviations occur and keep shipment status moving forward
- Resolve escalated operational issues independently while balancing speed cost service quality and customer impact
- Maintain Dangerous Goods certification and handle DG flagged orders in line with current procedures
- Guide teammates with SOP support uphold team standards and make educated decisions under pressure
