Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in drone operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing operational priorities in real time with strong situational awareness and sound judgment
- Experience developing or maintaining operational systems SOPs or compliance documentation in a safety-critical environment
- Clear confident communication skills able to provide real-time guidance to pilots and coordinate across internal teams simultaneously
- Must be located in the contiguous US and authorized to work in the US
- Maintain a current FAA Part 107 certificate and stay informed on FAA regulations and BVLOS rulemaking

Day to day
- Serve as the ROC Manager on Duty overseeing day-to-day BVLOS operations including workload prioritization pilot tasking and real-time guidance to active pilots across the Sentry network
- Ensure safe and compliant BVLOS operations by maintaining adherence to FAA requirements and Raptor Maps' operational standards at all times
- Develop maintain and improve ROC systems SOPs and pilot development processes to reduce manual work improve operational visibility and support scalable remote operations
