Day to day

  • Support the Operations Manager in coordinating regional performance and ensuring trained officers cover contracted hours to meet store and client expectations.
  • Use systems, data analysis, and technology to optimise officer deployment and deliver intelligence-led security services while maintaining SLA and KPI compliance.
