Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred
- 3+ years experience with adult learning theory
- Experience with AI prompt engineering for content development
- Practical experience consulting with internal business partners to identify needs and develop solutions
- Experience facilitating in large group settings
- Construction or manufacturing industry experience is a plus
- Knowledge of Procore is a plus

Day to day
- Partner with business leaders and Subject Matter Experts to design and deliver custom training programs for complex methodologies, SOPs, project governance, and technical compliance.
- Develop and manage multiple learning series using instructor-led, on-the-job, coaching, and self-guided methods to strengthen workforce capability.
- Coach managers and SMEs, facilitate courses for team members, and evaluate learning effectiveness to improve business impact and scalability.
