Requirements
- Previous experience in a functional Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP role
- Strong experience across core Financials modules including General Ledger Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Fixed Assets and Cash Management
- Good understanding of period close processes intercompany tax configuration and subledger accounting
- Client facing communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional problem solving and strong analytical skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and functionally replicate issues
- Ability to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities
- Desire to learn new features and technology
- Understanding of the ITIL framework for incidents problems and change management

Day to day
- Support a mix of clients across different sectors by resolving Oracle ERP issues and keeping systems running smoothly.
- Work on enhancements and improvements that help clients get greater value from their Oracle systems, not just basic maintenance.
- Build strong customer relationships, provide thought leadership, and collaborate with colleagues and Oracle support to solve complex functional and integration challenges.
