- Skilled in requirements gathering testing and deployment
- Ability to design reports dashboards and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher and OTBI
- Experience managing quarterly Oracle updates and impact testing
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and compliance
Day to day
- Lead the configuration maintenance and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud modules across core HR talent compensation benefits recruiting and learning
- Partner closely with HR stakeholders IT teams and end users to translate business needs into effective system solutions and enhancements
- Troubleshoot issues manage workflows and maintain data integrity while ensuring the platform supports organizational objectives and improves employee experience
