Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management
- Experience implementing maintaining and migrating OIG OAM 12c and OID 12c
- Strong Java coding skills with OIG OAM REST and Java APIs
- Deep understanding of SSO Federation MFA SAML OAuth and authorization models
- Hands on experience with scheduled jobs adapters event handlers notifications plugins and custom connectors
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve OIG OAM issues in production and non-production
- Strong SQL skills for custom queries reports and issue resolution
- Experience with LDAP directories and LDAP queries
- Experience with BI Publisher report creation updates migration and maintenance
- Strong analytical written and verbal communication skills

Day to day
- Functionally administer and maintain Oracle Identity Management 12c environments including OAM OID and OIG to keep critical IAM services reliable and secure.
- Support continuous monitoring by tracking identity changes access updates privilege escalation and suspicious bot activity while helping enforce strong security controls.
- Troubleshoot complex issues across production and non-production systems develop SOPs configuration guides and collaborate with SMEs to improve operational security and automation.
