Requirements
- At least three payroll implementations delivered
- Ideally two UK Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations
- Strong UK Oracle Cloud Payroll expertise
- Understanding of wider HCM and ERP design
- Experience with pensions auto enrolment RTI and UK legislation
- Ability to own Fast Formula element design calculation cards and payroll process flows
- Experience with LGPS TPS or local government schemes is valuable
- Experience leading Payroll Parallel Runs
- Experience supporting data migration conversations
- Ability to lead workshops and support go live

Day to day
- Lead Oracle Cloud Payroll workshops and guide clients through design decisions across discovery to go live.
- Configure UK Oracle Cloud Payroll and shape its links into wider HCM and ERP processes with confidence.
- Own Fast Formula element design calculation cards payroll process flows and support parallel runs and data migration discussions.
