  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced project environments

Day to day

  • Lead end-to-end Oracle Payroll Cloud implementations for UK organisations.
  • Gather business needs and carry out gap analysis to shape effective payroll solutions.
  • Configure test and support payroll processes user training go-live and post-implementation activities while coordinating with onsite and offshore teams.
