Who you are

• Ensure end-to-end design assessments are performed to support business objectives
• Support selection of products and developments for OSS/BSS platform considering performance, scalability, reliability, and cost
• Ensure OSS and BSS systems integrate seamlessly, exchanging data in a timely and accurate manner
• Translate business objectives and goals into technical requirements
• Work with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to align solutions with business needs
• Support delivery of OSS/BSS solutions by performing testing and supporting operational teams
• Identify and mitigate risks, supporting further risk management
• Provide ongoing support for OSS/BSS platform addressing issues timely
• Enable continuous review and improvement of OSS/BSS solutions
• Ensure systems support end-to-end business processes
• Document and maintain Data Architecture within business
