What the job involves

• Design packaging solutions that are remarkable at shelf, functional at the point of use, and sustainable at end of life
• Partner with business and Sales to apply consumer insights and address customer needs
• Create new packaging, improve existing ones, and eliminate waste
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to grow business
• Engage with external partners globally to increase efficiency and identify new capabilities
• Interact with consumers to gather insights and translate them into concepts and prototypes
• Develop technical depth and business acumen
• Apply or build digital tools to accelerate learning
• Solve technical problems using digital tools and impact communities worldwide
