Day to day
- Design packaging solutions that are remarkable at shelf, functional at the point of use, and sustainable at end of life
- Partner with business and Sales to apply consumer insights and address customer needs
- Create new packaging, improve existing ones, and eliminate waste
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to grow business
- Engage with external partners globally to increase efficiency and identify new capabilities
- Interact with consumers to gather insights and translate them into concepts and prototypes
- Develop technical depth and business acumen
- Apply or build digital tools to accelerate learning
- Solve technical problems using digital tools and impact communities worldwide
